Warranty

This guarantee warrants that Global MAD products will be free of defects in materials for a The 10-year period from the original purchase date, and that Global MAD products will meet or exceed the published physical properties at the time of manufacture.

This warranty is limited to Global MAD products only. Global MAD LLC. does not guarantee against defects resulting from application issues, including, but not limited to: appearance/aesthetic concerns, substrate suitability, and watertight capacity. Global MAD, LLC. liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the Global MAD Coating products which do not meet our warranted specification within 10 years of the original purchase.

This warranty is null and void if Global MAD products are painted, overlaid, covered, and/or altered in any way with any product other than Global MAD products. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL LABOR AND LABOR COSTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: COSTS FOR INSPECTION, TESTING, OR REPAIR OF THE MAD ARMOR COATING PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBAL MAD, LLC. HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

Any claims of defects in the Global MAD products must be submitted in writing to Global MAD, LLC, and must include a description of the claimed defect and evidence suggesting liability on the part of Global MAD, LLC… Global MAD, LLC.’s good faith determination of the cause of any problem in Global MAD products will be deemed conclusive.

Global MAD Coating System requires an ASTM-approved vapor barrier on the positive pressure side of all porous substrates to be coated. The absence of a vapor barrier will void any Global MAD products’ Warranty. If the Global MAD Coating products do not meet the warranted standard, Global MAD, LLC. will replace the Global MAD product at no cost to the original purchaser. Proof of Purchase and the original receipt is required.

The warranty is not transferrable, renewable, or assignable without prior written approval from Global MAD, LLC. See terms and conditions. This warranty supersedes and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from State to State.
